Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in lodge management. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams. Excellent administrative and organizational abilities. Maintenance experience, including basic plumbing, electrics, road maintenance, and infrastructure repairs. Energetic and hardworking, with a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the lodge. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while fostering collaboration within a team. Proactive, resourceful, and creative when it comes to problem-solving and improving operations. Experience in marketing essential to assist with increasing occupancy at the lodge This is a live-in position with a 2 Bedroom house and potential to earn extra commission based on lodge occupancy
