Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems. Troubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery, using schematics as necessary. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used. Supervise junior staff or apprentices, providing guidance and leadership as needed. Weld components when required, ensuring all work meets safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is essential. Previous experience in supervising staff or leading teams is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in maintenance work. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and manuals.
