CNC Setter Operator / NIGHTS - miller or turner

Turning / Milling Setter - Operators (Permanent role) Location: Leicester Shifts Available: Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (4-day working week) Rate of Pay: £43,432/year (£816/week) Full 12-hour shifts paid with no breaks taken off Start Date: Immediate start available Employment Type: Permanent from day one Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating turning and milling machines in line with production times and customer specifications Selecting the correct tooling and fixtures Producing quality components within specified tolerances Inspecting and measuring components using various gauges Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Complying with all company health, safety, and environmental procedures The Candidate: CNC Turner: Previous experience setting and operating CNC turning machines, working with Fanuc and Mazak controls CNC Miller: Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines, mainly with Haas and Mazak controls Ability to select correct tooling, fixtures, and programs from job setting sheets Skilled in producing quality components to customer specifications Proficient in using various gauges for inspection and measurement Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Committed to complying with health, safety, and environmental rules Attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Permanent employment Career development training within the engineering industry Free parking Exciting and supportive work environment Competitive salary and benefits package Company perks and incentives Focus on safety and teamwork 4-day working week Full 12-hour shifts paid with no breaks taken off Healthcare provided by the company How to Apply: Immediate interviews are available.
