Robot Welder (Permanent role) Location: Leicester Shifts Available: Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (4-day working week) Salary: £37,440/year (Weekly earnings: £720/week) Start Date: Immediate start available Employment Type: Permanent from day one Key Responsibilities: Loading mild steel components into jigs and fixtures using clamps to hold parts in place Manually operating robots and making basic corrections as needed Visual inspection of parts Ability to work to and maintain proven run times General housekeeping duties as required Some welding experience and knowledge of programme setting is an advantage The Candidate: Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Experience working within a fast-paced engineering environment Good communication skills at all levels Ability to work well under pressure Previous welding experience is desirable, but not essential Benefits: Permanent employment Career development training within the engineering industry Free parking Exciting and supportive work environment Competitive salary and benefits package Company perks and incentives Focus on safety and teamwork 4-day working week Full 12-hour shifts paid with no breaks taken off Healthcare provided by the company How to Apply: Immediate interviews are available.
