Job role: Housing & Support Officer Pay: £11.44 - £12.44 per hour depending on experience 45p per mile expensed Hours: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) Location: Swindon Driving Licence: Essential Roles offered subject to satisfactory DBS checks. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Housing & Support officer to join their friendly team. Whilst no experience is necessary, you must be passionate about making a difference to peoples lives. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills that complement their strong desire to make a positive difference to someone’s life, with a flexible approach to work, as well as being able to deal calmly with people who present challenging behaviour. As the Housing & Support Officer you must: Work as part of a team of Housing and Support employees to achieve required outputs. Be confident in engaging with vulnerable adults Act in line with agreed procedures and processes. Motivated to achieve performance targets. High standard of confidentiality and professionalism. Discretion, trustworthiness, tact and diplomacy to deal with highly sensitive matters. Experience with Microsoft Office and able to learn case management software.
