Up to £85k basic (dependent on experience) package including 25 days holiday bank holidays As the successful Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will be: M&E Quantity Surveyor will be Estimating and quoting from bill of quantities M&E Quantity Surveyor will be reviewing contracts and tenders M&E Quantity Surveyor will be building cost plans M&E Quantity Surveyor will be managing commercial aspects of on-going projects M&E Quantity Surveyor will be handling document management and submission M&E Quantity Surveyor will be working core hours of 08:00 - 17:00, located within commutable distance of Redhill To be successful as the Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor M&E Quantity Surveyor will be experienced in all areas mentioned M&E Quantity Surveyor will have experience working in both Domestic and Commercial high-end properties M&E Quantity Surveyor must have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field M&E Quantity Surveyor will need a Full UK driving license M&E Quantity Surveyor will need a strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and commercial management up to £85k basic (dependent on experience) package including 25 days holiday bank holidays Please contact Nikki from Tech-People the leading recruitment business and agency within M&E and HVAC on (phone number removed) Tech-people are the leading recruitment business and agency within M&E and Construction.
