Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant Job Description: NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for the Leeds area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about encouraging the emotional, social and physical development of children, particularly those in pre-school and reception. Requirements: At least a Level 3 qualification in Childcare A strong knowledge of the EYFS framework A passion for working with children, alongside a caring and empathetic nature Strong communication skills to liaise with parents/ carers and other staff Having a knowledge of BSL or Makaton is advantageous Roles: Helping to prepare and stock the classroom Supporting the classroom teacher with lesson and development plans Supporting all children in the classroom Helping to support children with SEN needs such as autism Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
