You will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pupils to ensure that every child feels supported and motivated to succeed. This role may involve 1:1 support for children with specific needs, small group interventions, and assistance in creating an inclusive classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils in their learning and helping them stay engaged in lessons. Providing tailored support to meet individual needs, including academic and emotional well-being. Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs). Collaborating with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt resources and teaching strategies. Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering self-confidence in pupils.
