Administrator / Team Assistant - Construction Manchester £25,000 - £30,000 Package We have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Assistant Administrator to join a well established construction and engineering company based in Salford. In this role you will provide a professional and reliable support service for the allocated team in all areas of administration and customer services. Key deliverables for the Team Assistant will include: Deliver a competent and professional administration service to support all team members Be a point of contact for all stakeholders and effectively deal with enquiries, escalating when necessary. Produce regular updates and schedules for the management teams to demonstrate progress. Assist management in the deployment of document control. Where required, maintain drawings, registers and the production and issue of transmittal notes. Support reception with cover and help promote an efficient and professional customer service. Monitor and maintain stationery requirements, ordering in a timely manner. Maintain highest levels of confidentiality. Key experience that we are looking for includes: Demonstrable experience in providing administration support.
