You'll be working directly with a seasoned FC who's keen to mentor the right person. They're big on process improvement and automation (PowerBI skills would be a bonus, but enthusiasm to learn is more important). What you'll actually be doing: Owning the monthly management accounts (yes, the full cycle) Deep-diving into sales analysis Managing cash flow forecasting Leading a small team Making Excel bend to your will The nitty gritty: Part-qualified is great (but don't let that stop you applying if you're QBE) You should be an inquisitive problem solver - the ability to challenge what is done and give solutions is more important than sector experience Strong Excel skills essential PowerBI knowledge brownie points Why this matters: Your work will directly impact business decisions.
