Internal Sales Engineer

We are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to work for an equipment manufacturer based in Colchester. The role will involve: • Selling the product range across various industries such as: rail, automotive, aerospace, tool hire, stone masonry, manufacturing, engineering etc. • Be the first port of call for customer enquiries, providing technical advice/support • Maintain and develop existing customer accounts & distribution partners • Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to closing the sales • Produce quotes for customers and follow up where necessary Experience required: • Must have experience within the manufacturing industry • Must have technical background, would consider an engineer looking to move into sales • Must be confident with sales and in dealing with customers over the phone • Strong relationship building skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Customer focused and orientated • Driving License Key words: sales engineer sales manager account manager business development engineer business development manager regional sales manager national sales manager
