Warehouse Team Leader

Due to growth we are on the lookout for a Warehouse Team Leader to join an established warehouse & logistics company based in the Swindon area. About the Warehouse Team Leader role: The working hours are Monday to Friday, 11.30am-8pm (some flexibility will be required) Salary is £27,250 per annum (including shift allaowance) Permanent role Swindon based Duties for the Warehouse Team Leader role: As late shift Team Leader you will ensure everything is wrapped up at the end of the day ready for the day shift. Managing a team of upto 15 warehouse operatives Plan / organise the workload for the Warehouse Operatives Stock management, ensuring stock is replenished into the Warehouse when there is adequate space Assist in training staff where appropriate Hold daily meetings with the team to ensure everyone is aware of the daily priority and instill motivation Ensure the site is clean and tidy and health & safety legislation and company best practices are adhered to at all times Experience / skillsets required for the Warehouse Team Leader role: Experience of working in a fast paced, warehouse environment IT competent with a good level of knowledge within MS Excel A Counterbalance / Flexi Forklift Licence would be beneficial or willingness to undertake training Capable of working from own initiative whilst also following process and procedure Good attention to detail and a good finisher Willing to learn & positive attitude If you are interested in the Warehouse Team Leader role - Apply today
