Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the engineering team to support existing projects and drive the development of new, cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Technical Proficiency: Experience with modern high-level programming languages (e.g., Delphi). Knowledge of modern PLC hardware/software packages (e.g., Beckhoff, Rockwell, Siemens). Familiarity with servo motor and motion control is advantageous. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and documents (e.g., I/O schedules). Problem-Solving: Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated potential to grow into a management position. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the engineering lifecycle and business processes.
