This is a maternity cover role, lasting up to 12 months, with the exciting potential to apply for a permanent position at the end of the contract. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work closely with students with special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential. Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons. Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Foster a safe, supportive learning environment where students feel valued and empowered. What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone with: Previous experience working in an SEN school (essential). A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs. A warm, patient, and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic and exciting environment.
