Plumber needed We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join a social housing contract in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in occupied properties. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures. Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues. Provide excellent customer service to residents. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing. Proven experience as a plumber. Own van and tools. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
