Multi-Trades Person needed in Bath Job Title: Multi-TradespersonLocation: Various locations in BathWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Multi-Tradesperson with a predominant skill in carpentry, who is also proficient in various other trades. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks within residential properties. These tasks typically take under two hours to complete and include, but are not limited to: Door adjustments Window handle repairs Checking for roof leaks Basic plumbing General home repairs Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Manage and complete assigned work orders within the specified time frame. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Use a company-provided device to order materials from our managed stores (training will be provided). Requirements: Proven experience in carpentry and other trades. Ability to perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks. Own van and tools are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4645466
