Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Carry out general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives. Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly. Experience Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with construction or manual handling practices is a plus. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations is essential.
