Description: Primary Supply Teachers in Chelmsford Start Date: Immediate Duration: Supply Basis Daily Pay: £130 – £145 Overview: Are you available for supply part-time or full-time and have experience in primary schools? 4myschools are hiring dedicated and passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our team on a flexible daily supply basis. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of Primary School’s in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: ‍ Lead engaging and inspiring lessons for KS1 and KS2 students Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments, school cultures, and curriculum requirements. Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour, adhering to school policies and procedures. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications. ‍ Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
