Milk Education is looking to hire SEMH Teaching Assistants to work in one of our partnered schools in Central London . This will be on a long-term basis, and starting ASAP. Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond… SEMH Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities: Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate Deliver catch-up sessions SEMH Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables: Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher Why choose Milk?
