Plumber/Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Property Maintenance Company to recruit Plumber/ Multi Trade Operative - undertaking works within social housing properties. The Role: This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties. Duties: Plumbing Basic Carpentry Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens Patch Plastering Snagging Works Logging works via PDA Liaising with customers, clients, and staff Company Benefits: Company Van Fuel Card Trade Card Power Tools Candidate Requirements Full UK Driver’s Licence Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential 2 years’ experience within social housing Working Hours Temp - Perm Monday – Friday 42.5 Hours Per Week Lunch Break Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm Pay: £23.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.5 per week Additional pay: Performance bonus Benefits: Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
