The ideal candidate will have experience in residential care, mental health and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people. Requirements: Female only position Experience with young adults with mental health, complex and challenging behaviour Full UK Driving licence desireable Clear DBS Responsibilities Create a safe and nurturing environment for young adults Support young people through their daily routines Act as a role model Maintaining a safe and clean home environment Following Care plans and Risk Assessments Communicating with residents and colleagues
