The Role: Acting as the Senior Quantity Surveyor for the South west region Producing site commercial manuals and variation records. Ensuring compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards through adherence to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.The Person: Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or a related role. Comprehensive understanding of contract law (NEC3/4) and contract costing. Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
