About this opportunity The Clinical Trainer Specialist at Align is responsible for teaching dental professionals how to effectively learn and operate a complex and highly sensitive digital impression scanner. Through instructor-led training, this professional will educate dentists and their staff on advanced dental treatments and comprehensive clinical solutions. Upon completion of the training, the learners should be confident using the digital impression system and the new technology should be fully incorporated into the dental practice's daily workflow. In this role, you will: Provide initial and ongoing trainings for new and existing customers on the iTero product line. Use technology to provide virtual classroom training and training support. Provide virtual or face-to-face training sessions for customers. Deploy all modules of training session. Develop post training consultancy (Proactive contacts with customers, Provide effective feedback for corrective and preventive actions). Implement the lesson plan effectively and on time. Develop customized solutions for new businesses (out of actual portfolio). Customize and deploy training for internal clients (Sales, Channels, etc). Work on material development. Work on problems of diverse scope and resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. Use data/analytics to monitor progress with customers and drive decision making. Act as Subject Matter Expert in the region. In this role, you'll need: Bachelor of Dentistry is mandatory. Specialization is desirable. Advanced English or Spanish is mandatory. 4-6 years of relevant professional experience with medical device/health equipment. Strong sense of urgency and time management. Ability to influence others. Advanced constructive communication and Teamwork & Collaboration. Proficient relationship management. Advanced virtual interactions. Advanced knowledge of local, regional and national industry insights. Ability to identify and access analytics data. Strong self-awareness, resilience, empathy, social and emotional intelligence.
