Business Development Manager – LATAM

Job Description
Your profile: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales figures and targets for B2B clients; Conduct preliminary analysis of potential clients’ activities and business to assess the possibility of selling the product; Maintain constant contact with clients for appointments and product presentations; Close deals and develop a plan for future sales; Provide constant and regular communication about the status of negotiations with the client within the sales cycle; Interact with the product development team to develop a specific value proposition that meets the client’s business needs; Provide continuous support and assistance to clients, resolving issues that arise during product use; Manage and constantly update the client database for reporting. Requirements: Proven and successful experience in B2B sales in fintech, banking, or information technology; EXTRA motivated and sociable; Interest in the LATAM market; Experience identifying key decision players and establishing contact; Knowledge of the sales cycle and its phases; Experience with Sales Navigator and Apollo; Advanced level of English (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus).
