Job Description

Duties: Front Office Management: Answer and route telephone calls efficiently and professionally. Greet visitors and direct them appropriately. Administrative Duties: Oversee the full lifecycle of stationery and grocery management, from obtaining quotes to disbursement. Draft letters and basic correspondence as required. Manage gate and intercom operations to control access to the premises. Support to Bed and Breakfast: Coordinate maintenance tasks and other needs. Manage invoicing for room bookings and tenants. Other Duties: Provide ad hoc administrative support as directed by the Financial Manager. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Requirements: · Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role. · Familiarity with basic office equipment (telephone systems, printers) · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications such as Word and Excel). · Attention to detail. · Professional demeanour and appearance. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Must have a valid drivers license. · Own reliable transport will be an added advantage. · Residing within a 20km radius from the company Modderfontein, JHB.
