Job Description

Hospitality Manager Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role Must have good beverage knowledge Must have strong administrative skills Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous Valid Code 8 Driver's License Must be computer literate, PAN knowledge would be beneficial Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, confident and have good problem-solving skills Must have a great passion for the Hospitality industry and guest experiences Must have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure Must have good organisation and planning skills Guide Requirements: Valid RSA Drivers License and PDP FGASA NQF2 (min.), and NDT Registered Valid First aid certificate Valid ARH certificate and SAPS firearm competency Full Trails Previous experience in a Big Five reserve and 5-star lodge Mature and responsible Well-spoken Well-groomed and presentable Strong leadership capabilities Positive attitude and approach towards team work Hands on approach towards the guest experience Ability to take initiative and problem solve Excellent guest interaction skills Passionate and pro-active towards personal growth and training Package: Salary is negotiable (DOE), incl. Accommodation, All meals while on duty, Uniform and laundry service, 3 weeks on / 1 week off cycle, 15 Annual Leave Days, Pension Fund
