MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 with hospitality experience / hospitality qualification Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level Well Groomed and Presentable Computer literate (Windows Office – Excel, Word and Outlook) Working knowledge of Opera and Micros Familiar with all duties and procedures within the service environment. Team Player and ability world class cocktails Barista experience and knowledgeable on coffees Possess exceptional sales skills.
