Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Bookkeeping up to trial balance ( Sage Pastel Accounting) Debtors and Creditors (Incl SLA and Project invoicing) Month end payment to Suppliers Creating reports for Director Accounts payable and receivable Processing and Payment of statutory funds (SARS) Full Payroll function ( Sage Pastel Payroll) Annual and Bi-Annual IRP5 returns HR administration U-Filing & E-Filing Service Co-Ordinator Assist Service and Project Department Scheduling of monthly SLA services, and arranging access (complete H&S) Support and create quotes/orders for Customers Processing Purchase orders, receiving and dispatching stock Maintain office. Arrange repairs/ maintenance on the building General admin duties and document control. Maintain office supplies
