Maintenance Supervisor

LabourTek is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, utilities, and facilities by overseeing and guiding the maintenance team. This role is pivotal in achieving production targets and maintaining high-quality standards. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, managing maintenance schedules, allocating resources effectively, and providing leadership to artisans. A minimum qualification of an N4, coupled with a trade test, is required, with an N6 and supervisory certification being highly advantageous. The role demands at least 5 years of maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, with good all-round mechanical and electrical knowledge. Experience in a food factory is preferred.
