Senior SAP REFX Consultant - Support & Implementation

Job Description : - We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP REFX Consultant to join our dynamic team. - The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP REFX (Regulatory Reporting) solutions and have a proven track record of successful implementation and support projects. - You will be responsible for leading and delivering complex REFX projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert consulting services to our clients. Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering and Analysis: - Collaborate with business and regulatory stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Analyze regulatory requirements and identify the impact on SAP systems. System Design and Configuration: - Design and configure SAP REFX components (e.g, Regulatory Reporting Framework, Data Sources, Calculation Rules) to meet regulatory requirements. - Define and maintain data sources, mappings, and calculations for accurate reporting. - Configure data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity. Implementation and Testing : - Lead and participate in implementation projects, including system integration, data migration, and testing. - Develop and execute test cases to validate the accuracy and completeness of regulatory reports. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during implementation and post-implementation phases. Post-Implementation Support : - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP REFX solutions. - Respond to user queries and resolve incidents. - Perform system upgrades and enhancements to address regulatory changes. Regulatory Compliance : - Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to SAP REFX configurations. - Advise clients on regulatory best practices and compliance strategies. Knowledge Transfer and Training : - Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP REFX functionalities and reporting processes. - Document system configurations and processes for future reference. Technical Skills : Essential : - Deep understanding of SAP REFX components and their configuration - Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g, Basel III, Solvency II, Dodd-Frank) - Proficiency in ABAP programming for custom developments and enhancements - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori - Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques Desirable : - Certification in SAP REFX - Experience with SAP Data Services and SAP BW/4HANA - Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g, XBRL, FINREP) Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
