Salesforce Architect - Apex/Visual Force

We are hiring Salesforce Architect for our esteemed client specializing in Salesforce-based solutions, including implementation, consulting, application development, and AI-driven services, with proprietary products like Sales10X, Connector for Tally, and M360 enhancing efficiency and integration. We are looking for Salesforce Architect at Bangalore. Role : Salesforce Architect. Experience : 8 Years. Location : Bangalore. Hiring mode : full time. Responsibilities/Duties : - Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. - Analyze user needs, produce requirements, and develop/test/debug Salesforce programs. - Participate in technical design sessions and create solution documentation. - Manage a team of developers, consultants, and analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback. - Staff consultants on projects, ensuring alignment of skills with client needs. - Design, implement, and document Salesforce solutions, including : 1. Custom development (Apex, Visualforce, LWCs). 2. Integrations with back-office systems via middleware tools. 3. Data migrations and process optimization. - Develop best practice assets like offerings, white papers, and learning curricula. Requirements : IT : Minimum 8 years. - Salesforce : Minimum 5 years (configurations, customizations like APEX, flows, LWC, Aura framework). - Technical Lead : Successful implementation of 2-3 projects. - Strong experience in Salesforce best practices, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. - Proficiency in integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces). - Effective communication skills with experience in onshore-offshore models. - Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems. Certifications (Mandatory) : - Salesforce Admin. - Developer I & II. - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Preferred Qualifications : - Salesforce Application or System Architect certifications. - Experience with : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud in manufacturing or healthcare domains. - Middleware tools like MuleSoft and Dell Boomi. - Industry-specific Clouds : Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service.
