TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Breckenridge, Minnesota, 56520 Pay Information $2,110 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Room/Medsurg Swing RN Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotate - 3x12s, Every Other Weekend, Holidays as needed Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER experience & previous Medsurg experience License: Valid nursing license required for submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC Must-Have: - 2 years of ER experience - Previous Medsurg experience Job Description: - Trauma Level IV, STEMI receiving, and Stroke designated - 4 beds and 2 trauma bays in the ER - ER holds intermixed within the ER - Separate psych/seclusion rooms available - Nurse-to-patient ratios determined per shift with charge nurse taking patient assignments - No fast track or separate triage area; traveling nurses not required to perform triage - Security not housed in ER 24/7 - On average, 10 patients treated in the ER per day - ER physicians staffed at all times - RN responsibilities include troubleshooting respiratory equipment and reading tele/monitor strips - Lab staff involved in lab draws; no phlebotomy required by RNs - Shift rotations: Day/Night 7a-7p, 7p-7a, with the possibility of blocked scheduling - Float to Med/Surg and Swing Bed within the same unit as needed - Uniform: Navy blue scrubs - Department-specific orientation: 12-hour shifts for orientation - System charting using Point Click Care - Radius Rule: Candidates must live more than 50 miles away and cannot be employed in any capacity with an affiliated facility within the past year - No additional RTO will be approved after submission - Cancellation Policy: Up to 3 shifts per contract. 26591114EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
