Job Title: Technicians and Supervisors Location: RAF Benson, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Aerospace and Aviation Secondary Industry: Military and Defence Job Duties: 1. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft, equipment, and systems in accordance with technical manuals and safety regulations 2. Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks 3. Conduct inspections and tests to identify faults and troubleshoot issues 4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics 5. Collaborate with other teams and departments to support overall operational goals Required Qualifications: - Relevant technical qualification in Aviation Maintenance or a related field - Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and repair - Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Education: - Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Aviation Maintenance Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair Knowledge and Skills: - Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment - Understanding of aircraft systems and components - Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team ADZN1_UKTJ
