Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and inspections across projects. Update and implement company policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance on compliance and safety practices. Investigate and report incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Liaise with regulatory bodies and review subcontractor compliance. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in compliance, health & safety, or regulatory roles (M&E experience is a plus). NEBOSH Certification required. Expertise in HSE regulations, quality assurance, and internal audits. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills. Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
