Mechanical Estimator Reporting / Supported by the estimating Manager and Directors Office based role in Cannock Staffs, WS11 0JF Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1730, Friday 0800 – 1600 25 days holidays plus bank holidays. 5 days to be taken at Christmas. Project value £300k - £3m, potentially larger up to £7m on occasion. Base build and fit out of distribution warehouses, offices and commercial office space Projects being tendered are nationwide but the role will rarely require time out of the office, contractor proposal meetings etc. may be necessary. Candidate would be joining an existing M&E team of 4 including an estimating manager Experience with Cypher would be useful but not necessary providing they are willing to learn On site private state of the art gymnasium use included (open 24 hours) Changing rooms, showers etc. Company pension Salary negotiable depending on experience No working from home or hybrid working available fro the Mechanical Estimators position
