Senior Quantity Surveyor Up to £85,000 p.a plus benefits Car Allowance / Company Car CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £85K, YORKSHIR BASED, SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION. An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join a Yorkshire based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. Duties: • Optimising contract profitability • Provide quotations to clients for variations • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks • Accurate monthly cost and value reports • Regular site visits throughout Yorkshire sites • All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor Requirements: • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks • Time management skills and meeting deadlines • Experience in value engineering • Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration: • Up to £85,000 • Car allowance • Paid Holidays • Pension Scheme
