The Role PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A SMSTS Successful applicants will be responsible for; · Ensure that all safety standards and job specifications are met. · From start to finish, coordinate and manage construction projects. · The management and monitoring of contractors to ensure the work is completed on schedule and to the required quality. · Making sure the client's specifications and requirements are met by overseeing and supervising the project (or package). · Plant and material selection. · Inspecting the safety of the team and ensuring a safe work environment. Skills & Qualifications You will possess the following essential skills and qualifications: · Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) · CDM Regulations · A good understanding of building regulations and methods · The ability to read and understand plans and programmes is essential · A qualification in management or equivalent work experience is required · Exceptional communication skills
