Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Ormskirk Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Start Date: ASAP Tradewind Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dynamic and supportive specialist school in Ormskirk. This is a full-time, long-term role, starting immediately, with the potential for permanency. Responsibilities: Planning and delivering learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff. Leading small groups or whole-class sessions when required. Supporting students with additional needs to achieve their educational goals. Collaborating with teachers to assess and monitor student progress. Contributing to the development of tailored education plans.Requirements: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. Experience supporting children with additional needs in a school setting. Strong leadership and organisational skills. A proactive and positive approach to challenges.
