Job Title: Site Manager - Facades Specialist Location: Manchester, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Site Manager specialising in Facades installation & replacement to join a growing company based in Leeds with Sites based in Manchester. As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of façade installation projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile construction projects in the region. Key Responsibilities: Manage the installation and maintenance of facades on commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings. Oversee and supervise a team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers on site. Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and site safety management plans. Conduct regular site inspections, identifying potential issues or risks and implementing solutions. Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure that the project meets the specifications and design requirements. Provide progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other project managers to ensure the smooth delivery of the project. Manage and track project budgets, timelines, and performance to ensure efficient project completion. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on façade installation and management. Strong knowledge of façade materials, techniques, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Site Management, or a related field (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS)
