This is a relaxed and supportive working environment where collaboration and professionalism go hand in hand. The majority of the projects are Midlands-based, minimizing long-distance travel. Key Responsibilities As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will: Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee all aspects of electrical installations, including planning, resource allocation, and project execution. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and build strong working relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are achieved. Prepare and manage financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Lead, mentor, and support site teams to deliver successful outcomes. About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial, industrial, or education sectors. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. A results-driven approach with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
