TRIbuild Solutions are currently looking for Site Foreman Location: Bradford The position as a Site foreman will, amongst other tasks, include the following : General Ground works experience essential ie Drainage, roads, kerbing, paving, Temporary works, reinstatement. Managing the Installation of District Heating steel pipework through the excavation of trenches 2.0m wide by 2.0m deep in existing carriageways with live services. looking after some 20 men over all 4 or 5 work areas, Quantifying and arranging materials on site : concrete, Type 1, Fill sand, Tarmac etc Paperwork and record keeping (IT skills advantageous word / excel) Use of I-pad for digital paperwork - Safety checks on trenches, Plant, inductions etcCSCS, SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid are essential For more information Contact Lee at TRIbuild
