About The Offer: £80,000 plus benefits Company vehicle & associated costs Company Pension schemeAbout The Role: We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with a proven track record of scaffolding surveying and cost planning to tight deadlines, with an in-depth knowledge of various sectors in the construction industry. Responsibilities: Preparing and issuing valuations to clients Account meetings with clients on regular basis to agree payment certificates Site visits to liaise with project management Working in commercial team alongside Estimators and directors Chasing and collecting of payments once payment certificates are raised Pricing and agreeing additional works costs Keeping job costings up to date and reporting to directors on a monthly basisAbout you: Worked in the scaffolding industry At least 3 years' experience working in surveying Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel and OutlookThis is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business who invests in people.
