Tax Manager - Global Mobility Services

We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Tax professional to bring their expertise to a market leading team in Bristol. This position requires an individual with extensive professional services experience, particularly within the tax department. Client Details Our client is a leading professional services company, based in Bristol. They are globally recognised and boast high levels of client engagement and quality. Their primary focus is on providing comprehensive and top-tier services to a wide range of businesses across various sectors. Description Lead and manage client engagements related to global mobility and expatriate tax issues. Provide comprehensive tax advice to international assignees and their employers. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients. Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections and project budgets. Participate in business development initiatives. Ensure the delivery of high-quality tax service in the professional services industry. Develop and guide junior staff by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are met. Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law. Profile A successful Tax Manager - Global Mobility Services should have: ACA / CTA / ACCA or ATT qualified Professional services experience, A high level of competency in managing multiple client engagements. Excellent leadership skills and a team-focused mentality. Strong knowledge of tax law and global mobility. Proven business development skills and client relationship management.
