Junior Production Engineer

If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and want to kickstart your engineering career in a forward-thinking company with a vibrant young team, this could be the perfect role for you About the Role As a Junior Production Engineer, you will: Assist with the assembly and testing of access control systems in line with customer order requirements. Ensure all systems are built to high standards of quality and functionality. Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly and testing process. What We're Looking For A strong interest in electronics and mechanical engineering. A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or hands-on experience with building and repairing electronics or computers. A keen eye for detail and a passion for working with technology. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new skills. What We Offer Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. £25,000 per annum discretionary company bonus. 29 days holiday (including Bank Holidays). Contributory pension scheme. Additional company perks.
