Prison cleared RGN

Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with prison cleared RGN's to work within a Category B Male Prison in Bootle, Liverpool, on a rolling contract basis. To be considered for this position you must have current/in date prison clearance. The role will include working as part of the Primary Care team within the prison, providing high standard care to the in-patients. You will need to be able to think on your feet and handle situations under pressure. Key Responsibilities Carry out written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations. Work with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality. Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines. To maintain clear and accurate records of discussions, assessments made, interventions, treatment and medicines delivered in accordance with Prison guidelines. Be constantly alert to changes in patients' conditions and the implications in terms of care. Provide treatment and care for prisoners with enduring mental health needs. Pay rates for this post; Weekdays - £29.11 Saturday/Sunday - £30.38 We also have other various mental health block bookings in the area.
