About the Company: Available shift - 2pm till 10pm We are a British manufacturer of personal care, household car. Over the years we have developed a reputation for our flexibility, quality, and outstanding service, complemented with a personal touch for you and your brand. Overtime is payable after completing 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operatives to achieve productivity and quality targets. Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process. Coordinate with other departments to address supply chain, equipment, or operational issues. Ensure all team members follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to support skill development. Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of output and downtime.
