SME Account Handler

Sheffield based broker is looking for an SME Account Handler to join their team. Working in the SME team you will be responsible for processing renewal cases effectively and achieving high levels of customer service and retention rates. Business is a range of cases from small companies, trades, and mini-fleet. Lines business include commercial packaged, schemes, combined, and financial lines. On offer: Salary £25k-£35k depending on experience Potential progression to a mid-market broking role Experience and background requirements: Commercial insurance experience within a broking or underwriting role Acturis experience would be beneficial but not essential Able to handle a case load of approx. 60 cases per month Good organisation skills and attention to detail If you are currently working in a broker dealing with SME cases, or work as an underwriting looking for a move to broking, apply online for immediate consideration
