Outreach Support Worker

The role will entail: Supporting children and young adults to access the community Promoting independence and developing life skills Understanding and supporting with behaviours that challenge Travelling to and with the children Planning fun and enjoyable activities tailored to the young persons interests What you need to apply: A passion for working with children and young people Driving Licence (UK) - access to own vehicle (preferred) and business insurance 12 months experience working in healthcare in the UK
