Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re working with a fantastic business who are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for several schemes starting in Devon. The tier one business supports a healthy work life balance with hybrid working, flexible hours, personal and professional development. The business is on a journey of growth and aim to turn over £500m in 2026, with some major projects as well as regional work across the South West. They specialise in highways, rail and infrastructure projects up to £50m as well as one-off schemes on HS2 and the security of frameworks with local authorities. Experience of working with NEC Contracts is essential. Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties: Working with the project team to record costs, change and variation Minimise cost and risk of the project and enhance value for money Provide commercial support to the engineering staff Manage costs and budget in line with the NEC contract Raise early warning notices, compensation events Forecasting and CVR’s The business offers a complete package with private healthcare, attractive pension scheme, employee share scheme, professional membership and a salary which reflects your contribution to the business.
