About the Role As the Head Development Chef, you will combine culinary creativity with leadership, driving the site's development kitchen to deliver ground-breaking food products. Leading a team of five, you will oversee the innovation process, develop customer-aligned concepts, and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of five, managing performance and development Create innovative, market-aligned food concepts for customers Act as the primary customer-facing representative for product development Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards Research market trends to drive culinary excellence and product innovationAbout You This role is ideal for a passionate foodie with a mix of culinary expertise and leadership skills.
